They’re currently looking for a Travelling Superintendent to join their dynamic team in Greenville, South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations on-site, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and crew members to meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality standards, addressing any issues that arise.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and project managers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in Industrial & retail construction (can have Healthcare or Education construction).
- Proven experience working on commercial ground up projects valued from $30 mill and above.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
